On Sunday, 17 March 2019, our Navigator group took on the task of giving the walls of Caritas Vienna's Haus Sankt Josef a fresh coat of paint.

The preparations for this were already well organised in advance. The team then set to work in the same dynamic and harmonious way we were used to from our Navigator days.

In a short introduction, a social worker showed us what to do and where to store the materials that had been organised by Caritas. The team members started to work independently and with great motivation, eagerly taping and painting. The atmosphere was pleasant throughout the day. Everyone was ambitious, even though it was a Sunday and we started at 09.00. Homemade cake contributed to the good atmosphere! Even after the work was done, the group didn't break up. Everyone took the time to have lunch together and reflect on the Social Team Day.

The project was an excellent team-building activity. The high level of motivation and harmonious atmosphere within the group was confirmed during this activity outside the seminar room.

The positive feedback from the management of Haus St. Josef, who were very satisfied with the results, was very pleasing to all members of the team.
