"In September, we (the management team of the IT Service Area GM) decided to celebrate Christmas differently this time: in line with the VinziRast motto: "Everyone can do something, we all belong together".

To this end, we met at the VinziRast emergency sleeping centre at the beginning of December to carry out various renovation work in the building together:

• The TV room, dormitory and washroom were painted
• Broken furniture was disposed of and new furniture was installed
• the exhaust pipes in the dormitory were cleaned

We also transported the donations collected by our colleagues (clothing, toiletries, etc.) from the individual Erste Group and sIT Solutions Austria locations to VinziRast.

In the course of planning and organising this day, we gained very valuable encounters and experiences that have had a lasting impact on each and every one of us. An intense team spirit was created. We can recommend this experience to every (management) team."
